Frequencies Creative Careers provides paid training for young people aged 16-25 to expand their knowledge of the music industry and take their first steps in their career as an industry professional.
Our careers programme offers a wide range of industry insights into roles including production, stage-craft, presenting, social media, BSL Interpretation, marketing and more. Participants will be guided through 10 hours' worth of training through our expert mentors and in-house team who will share their industry knowledge, advice and support.
Participants will be paid at the National Living Wage (aged 23 and over) or National Minimum Wage (aged 16-23) whilst gaining experience. It supports a crucial step into entry level opportunities within the music industry.
Past trainees have gone on to work at renowned venues and organisations such as the Arts Council England, The Southbank Centre, BBC, Royal Albert Hall, Glastonbury and more.
